About Joan Solitario
My name is Joan Solitario and I'm a photographer :)
I did not find photography and photography did not find me. Instead, I believe it was a gift from God. He gave me the opportunity to learn photography so that I can help people capture their memories. Most of all, I can use this gift for His glory.
Photography has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know so many wonderful people! It has also given me the opportunity to photograph events that has helped in strengthening my faith. These events have also given me inspiration and memories that will truly last a lifetime! Hopefully, I can inspire someone by sharing these memories through my posts on my blog.
I believe that everything that has happened in my life; everything that I have experienced; and every single person that I have met in my life were all part of God's plan for me. So, unto Him, I return all praise, honor, and glory.

MY FAMILY:
I am married to Ryan who works full time as a Network Administrator for VQ Orthocare. Ryan is my soulmate! I love spending time with him and we love watching television series such as: 24 and EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND. He is the best second photographer ever and I love him so much! Maybe one day, we'll be blest with a child, but until now, we're still in our honeymoon phase :)

Joan and Ryan were great! The pictures and slideshows were beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer and more flexible photographer. She was so willing to travel to places to get the perfect shot and never once complained. She was a great photographer in that she was willing to give us direction in how to pose and look in the pictures. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a wedding photography.

WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO SCHEDULE A PHOTO SESSION?
It’s best to schedule a session no later than 9am or an hour before the sunset.
HOW LONG WILL THE SESSION LAST?
Please allow up to 1 1/2 hours for your session.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PHOTOS
Please allow up to 2 - 4 weeks to receive your photos.
ANY SUGGESTIONS FOR LOCATIONS?
The setting(s) for your portraits can be anywhere you choose: the beach, your home, a favorite park, etc...
HOW DO I SEND IN MY PAYMENT?
As soon as the contract is executed, we will send you a link to pay online using paypal if you plan on using visa, mastercard or american express. We also accept cash or checks. (Please note: there is a processing fee to use paypal per transaction)
WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BOOK MY DATE?
A 50% deposit of the total sale price + tax is due upon the signing of our contract. Remaining balance is due 14 days prior to shoot date.
DO YOU DO DESTINATION WEDDINGS?
Yes, we welcome destination weddings. However, travel fees are applicable to locations outside of los angeles and orange county areas.
DO YOU HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?
Definitely! Having a second shooter gives us the ability to document your event from more than one angle.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we can provide proof of insurance.
